1
Dial this code on your AT&T phone
This sets unanswered calls to forward to Revenue Rescue after about 2 rings. Your phone still rings normally first.
*61*RRNUM*11*10#
Tap to copy
Replace RRNUM with your Revenue Rescue number above (digits only, no + or dashes). Example: *61*3136314018*11*10#
2
Listen for the confirmation tone
After dialing you'll hear a confirmation tone or voice message saying forwarding is active. That's it — you're live.
Your phone number hasn't changed. Customers call the same number. You answer normally. Only unanswered calls forward to us.
3
Test it
Have a friend call your number and don't answer. After 2 rings they should hear a short message and receive a text from your business within 10 seconds.

1
Dial this code on your Verizon phone
Verizon uses a slightly different format for conditional forwarding on no-answer.
*71RRNUM
Tap to copy
Replace RRNUM with your Revenue Rescue number (10 digits only). Example: *713136314018
⚠️ If *71 doesn't work, try logging into My Verizon app → Account → Call Forwarding → Forward when unanswered. Some Verizon business plans require setup through the app or by calling 611.
2
Confirm activation
You'll hear a confirmation tone. Call your number from another phone and don't answer to test.
3
If codes don't work — use the app
Open My Verizon → More → Account Settings → Call Forwarding. Set "Forward when unanswered" to your Revenue Rescue number.

1
Dial this code on your T-Mobile phone
T-Mobile uses the GSM standard forwarding format.
*61*+1RRNUM#
Tap to copy
Include +1 before the number. Example: *61*+13136314018# then press call.
2
Set the ring time (optional)
To control how many seconds before forwarding kicks in, use this format:
*61*+1RRNUM**15#
The **15 sets a 15-second delay (about 3 rings). Use **10 for 2 rings.
3
If codes don't work
Call T-Mobile at 611 and ask them to set up "conditional call forwarding on no-answer" to your Revenue Rescue number. Takes about 5 minutes.

1
Log into your VoIP provider's portal
VoIP and landline forwarding is set through your provider's web portal or admin panel — not by dialing a code on your phone.
Common providers: RingCentral, Vonage, Google Voice, Grasshopper, OpenPhone, Nextiva, 8x8, Dialpad
2
Find "Call Forwarding" or "No Answer" settings
Look for: Call Forwarding → Forward when unanswered (or "No Answer") → enter your Revenue Rescue number.
⚠️ Make sure you select "Forward when unanswered" not "Forward all calls" — you still want your phone to ring first.
3
Set the ring count
Set it to 2-3 rings before forwarding. This gives you time to answer while ensuring Revenue Rescue catches it if you can't.

1
Try the universal GSM code first
Most US carriers support this standard format:
*61*+1RRNUM#
Dial it and press call. If you hear a confirmation tone, it worked.
2
If that doesn't work — call your carrier
Call customer service and say: "I need to set up conditional call forwarding on no-answer to forward unanswered calls to a different number."
Every carrier supports this — it's standard telephony. They may just need to enable it on your account or give you the right code.
