Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Businesses using Revenue Rescue agree to:
Revenue Rescue helps businesses respond to missed calls but does not guarantee that a business will respond, accept a job, or provide services to any customer. We are a communication tool, not a service marketplace.
Revenue Rescue is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to lost revenue, missed opportunities, or communication failures caused by third-party carriers.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, carrier outages, or technical issues may occasionally affect service delivery.
Either party may terminate service at any time. Businesses may cancel by contacting us via email. We reserve the right to terminate service for violations of these terms.
Your use of Revenue Rescue is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
